Two Weeks of Calisthenics
Where do I even start when it comes to me and fitness?
Three years ago I was able to complete the NYC Marathon. I did all the training required to successfully complete that distance. Fast forward to today…I can barely complete a 5k. All of 2017 was spent on fostering an awesome relationship with my amazing husband. I put working out to the side. Now that things are super smooth I can set some time to the side for my health again.
I ballooned back up to 260 pounds after reaching a low of 235 pounds in February. This quick weight gain has put massive strain on all of my joints. This makes it very difficult to run, walk and just be. It get myself moving I started using fitness 22 app to help me rebuild my base. I use their Squats, Sit-ups and Push-ups apps. I haven’t use them as often as the apps tell me too. The apps says to use them three times a week. For the last two weeks have have use them everyday. And you know what, it SUCKS! (But in a good way.) My thighs have been successfully sore for the last four days.
